What You'll Do

Generate new leads through field visits, references, and networking.

Meet potential buyers and understand their property requirements.

Conduct property site visits and explain project features.

Build strong client relationships and provide end-to-end assistance.

Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful sales.

Coordinate with builders, property owners, and the internal team.

Negotiate deals and help clients complete property transactions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Automobile, or Field Sales.

Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
