The role will provide exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, and Tech9IQ solutions. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, sales teams, OEMs, and delivery teams to understand customer requirements and develop technically and commercially suitable cloud solutions.
We are looking for someone who understands that the right cloud solution starts with understanding the workload, not simply choosing a cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Discovery and Requirement Gathering
Assist senior architects in conducting customer discovery sessions and technical workshops.
Gather information about existing IT infrastructure, applications, databases, virtual machines, storage, networking, and security requirements.
Document customer business objectives, technical challenges, and infrastructure requirements.
