About the role

Lead our RSA service operations and keep our 24×7 roadside assistance running smoothly. You will manage a team of 12-15 members, our mechanic network, and service partners to make sure every customer gets fast, reliable help.

What you’ll do

Lead and supervise a team of 12-15 members

Oversee 24×7 RSA operations and ensure timely service delivery

Manage mechanic deployment and service allocation

Coordinate with the Control Room and Customer Support teams

Manage service dealers and mechanic network partners

Track service quality, response time, and operational performance

Resolve service issues quickly

Maintain operational reports and MIS

Keep mechanics, partners, and internal teams well coordinated

What we’re looking for

3-5 years of experience in RSA / Roadside Assistance

Experience managing mechanics and service dealer networks

Experience leading a team of 12-15 members

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/MIS reporting)

Comfortable working in a 24×7 service environment (rotational shifts)
