Job Title: Financial Analyst – US Process

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting US clients. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, data analysis, and supporting financial operations during US business hours. Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data, statements, and reports to assist US client decision-making.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.

Prepare, reconcile, and maintain accurate ledger accounts and financial records.

Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Perform data entries, financial modeling, and track key performance metrics.

Communicate effectively with US stakeholders and client representatives to resolve financial queries.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, BBA - Finance, M.Com, or equivalent).
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting roles.

Skills

Strong foundational understanding of accounting and financial principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Work Schedule & Location

Shift: Fixed US Shift (Night Shift).
Work Days: 5 Days a Week (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off).
