Develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs. Perform clash detection using Navisworks. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation. Update models based on design revisions and site changes. Support LOD 300/400 modeling requirements. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting modeling. Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.…
