About this job
2-4 years experience as Batista, ideally in hotel, speciality in coffee Bar or fine-dining Restaurant setup.
- Confident with manual brewing
- V60, Chemex, and AeroPress. Able to test, adjust and explain a cup.
Working knowledge of espresso, milk texturing and cold coffee preparation.
Understand origin, processing and roast in simple terms, and can speak about them without sounding scripted.
SCA or Similar certification in a plus, not a requirement. Strong experience counts.
Fluent, clear spoken English, Hindi required. Marathi is plus
