Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, well-trained Pest Control Technician to carry out general pest control and termite treatments at homes, offices, societies and commercial sites across Mumbai. The role combines technical work with direct client interaction, so professionalism and good conduct at client premises are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general pest control treatments for cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, geckos and other common household pests

Apply gel baiting, liquid spraying and other treatment methods as per Hallmark's service standards

Carry out termite control treatments (pre- and post-construction) where required

Inspect sites before treatment to identify infestation levels, problem areas and entry points

Explain the treatment process, precautions and post-service care to clients clearly and courteously

Handle, mix, store and dispose of chemicals safely and as per label instructions and regulations

Use and maintain spray equipment, PPE and other tools in good working condition

Keep service records up to date (service reports, chemical usage, client sign-offs)

Attend scheduled AMC visits on time and report any repeat infestations to the supervisor

Follow all safety, hygiene and client-site rules, including in occupied homes with children, pets and senior citizens

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in pest control (freshers with relevant training may also apply)

Working knowledge of common pest control chemicals, gel baits and spray equipment

Basic reading and writing ability to fill in service reports (Hindi/Marathi; basic English preferred)

Willingness to travel across Mumbai to client sites

Neat appearance, punctuality and courteous behaviour with clients

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces such as kitchen cabinets, ducts and lofts

A valid two-wheeler licence is an advantage

₹18,000 ₹20,000 (based on experience)
