Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Security Field Officer to supervise security personnel, conduct site inspections, and ensure smooth security operations across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise security guards and monitor their attendance and deployment.

Conduct regular site visits and security inspections.

Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies.

Handle security incidents, emergencies, and operational issues.

Coordinate with site managers, clients, and security teams.

Prepare daily attendance and site inspection reports.

Eligibility & Skills

Minimum qualification

10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.

2–5 years of experience in security operations or field supervision.

Good communication, observation, and team management skills.

Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred.

Physically fit and able to assist with moving trolleys/baskets.

Friendly, polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.

Shift & Work Requirements

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays as per business requirements.

Work location is in person at the retail store.

Experience

2–5 Years
