Key Responsibilities

Process and manage daily customer orders across e-commerce platforms.

Coordinate with warehouse, production, tailoring, vendors, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.

Track order timelines and proactively identify delays or operational issues.

Communicate order status updates to customers via email and WhatsApp.

Handle international orders and overseas customer communication.

Manage returns, exchanges, alterations, and order modifications.

Maintain and update order tracking sheets, dashboards, and internal reports.

Support the customer service team during high-volume periods such as sales and festive seasons.

Ensure accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery records.

Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Strong interest in ethnic wear, contemporary fashion, and fashion e-commerce.

Basic knowledge of fashion illustration and garment construction.

Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Good organizational and communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
