No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a unique opportunity for experienced air cargo and parcel claims professionals to review and analyze real shipment evidence from anywhere. Typical assignments include examining origin and destination cargo photos, scrutinizing air waybills, and assessing delivery photo disputes. Your responsibilities will also involve drafting clear, well-reasoned custody and liability determinations. Professionals with backgrounds in airline, ground handling, and parcel carrier claims are particularly encouraged to participate. All activities are fully remote, offering maximum flexibility.

Provide subject matter input to support the training and refinement of AI-powered claims processes.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in air cargo, ground handling, or parcel carrier claims examination or dispute resolution.

Strong knowledge of custody determination, release rules, and liability assessment in air and ground freight contexts.

Proven expertise handling parcel delivery disputes and interpreting freight documentation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity in reasoning.

Experience reviewing photographic shipment evidence and drafting written determinations.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and meeting project requirements.

Background in collaborating with or providing input for claims process improvements or audits is a plus.
