Purpose of the Internship
Provide students with hands-on exposure to real business projects, analytics, stakeholder interactions, reporting, and operational support while contributing to Buckman's business and functional objectives.
Common Responsibilities
Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the assigned function.
Gather, organize, and analyse data to support decision-making and reporting.
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect information and track progress.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and supporting documentation.
Participate in meetings, reviews, and project discussions.
Provide analytical and administrative support to assigned managers and teams.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Eligibility & Skills
Education
Final-year Undergraduate or Postgraduate student (relevant discipline based on internship stream).
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
