Solution Architect Job Description •Sales support role as Infrastructure Solution Architect role for Pre-Sales support across RFI, RFP, and Proactive proposals •Knowledge across Digital Workplace, End User Computing & Hybrid Cloud. •Responsible for building, estimating & presenting RUN solutions in onsite customer meetings across globe. •Must be willing to take ownership of end-to-end solutions Ideal Candidate •Experienced in Infra solutioning, Estimation & Pricing models, ITIL Processes etc. •Excellent presentation building, MS Excel, and documentation skills •ITIL V4 certification, Azure/AWS Solution Architect, or any other relevant certification shall be a bonus point Offshore Account Manager Job Description Ensure continuous business with existing clients and generate new business through cross selling and up selling. Manage accounts from a sales relationship perspective and be responsible for end-to-end sales cycle. Management of large bids through their entire life cycle starting from information gathering stages to creation of technical and commercial proposals, pricing, anchoring customer visits and finally legal and contractual stages leading to transition. Ownership of Revenue and GM numbers. Forecasting, Account resource allocation, Account strategy & planning. Coordinate with multiple teams including, but not limited to practice ,competency ,delivery and other Cross-functional teams. Tracking proposals and pipeline management. Ideal Candidate Individual worked under Infrastructure Managed Services division (Presales/sales business unit) in their organization. Candidate having 8+ years of work experience on RFx across End User Computing, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, and Networks. Positive attitude, take end-to-end ownership with passion towards technology.
