Google Sheets Operator

• Maintain daily stock records in Google Sheets.
• Maintain material identification, lot/batch numbers, and traceability records.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for material issuing.
• Prepare and maintain inward and outward material records in Google Sheets.
• Maintain purchase order, delivery challan, and material receipt details.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for material requirements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely updating of stock records.
• Maintain proper storage, identification, and housekeeping in the store.

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel, including formulas, functions, etc.
• Min Education: Graduate
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
• Basic computer skills, including email and file management.
• Attention to detail and responsibility for accurate records.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing company or store department is preferred.
