Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage the company's social media accounts, create engaging content, increase online visibility, and support digital marketing activities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, videos, and other engaging content.
• Prepare social media content calendars and ensure regular posting.
• Write creative captions, descriptions, and hashtags.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content creation.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement on social media platforms.
• Track social media trends, competitor activities, and new content ideas.
• Support social media campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand awareness activities.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze engagement, reach, followers, and other performance metrics.
• Ensure that all content follows company branding and communication guidelines.
• Assist with paid social media campaigns when required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
• Good writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Knowledge of hashtags, reels, stories, and social media trends.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification \& Experience

• Graduate in any stream preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Freshers with good social media knowledge and creativity can also apply.
• A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts will be an advantage.

Pay

₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
