Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us acquire new clients and grow our development business. Our services include web development, mobile app development, SaaS applications, Ai Automations and custom web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, freelance platforms, networking, and other channels.
• Generate leads, understand client requirements, and convert opportunities into projects.
• Build long-term client relationships and explore new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with our technical team to prepare proposals and close deals.

Compensation Options

We offer two engagement models based on your experience and preferences

Fixed Salary + Commission (for On Place)

• Fixed monthly salary plus performance-based commission.
• Suitable for candidates seeking stable income with additional earning potential.

Commission-Based Partnership (For Remote work)

• No fixed salary; earnings are based on successfully acquired business.
• Suitable for freelancers, independent sales professionals, and business development partners.

The compensation structure and commission terms will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before joining.

Requirements

• Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to generate leads and acquire new clients.
• Experience in IT services, Web development is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
