Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store \& Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities, inventory control, and material coordination in our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, tracking purchase orders, maintaining stock records, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to meet production requirements.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the Accounts department for invoice verification and payment-related documentation.
• Monitor market prices, analyze purchasing costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and specifications, and coordinate inspections when required.
• Maintain proper storage, stock records, and inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Issue materials to the Production department according to approved requirements.
• Conduct regular stock verification, support stock audits, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain purchase records, goods receipt notes, invoices, and other store-related documentation.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock management, and material handling.
• Ability to verify materials and coordinate quality inspections.
• Understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and procurement processes.
• Good negotiation, costing, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to analyze market prices and compare supplier quotations.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, punctuality, attention to detail, and adherence to company procedures.
• Willingness to learn new tools and use AI applications for work-related tasks, while verifying their outputs.
