Business Development Executive (STP Sales)

Rai \& Company is expanding its operations in Lucknow for Daiki Axis India Sewage Treatment Plants and is urgently hiring a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will handle daily field visits to construction sites, network with architects, contractors, and MEP consultants, and independently manage the entire sales cycle from scouting to deal closure. Applicants must reside in Lucknow, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and possess their own bike, laptop, and smartphone. The position offers a starting probationary salary of ₹15,000 per month plus a fuel allowance of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000, with a performance-based salary revision after 3 to 4 months alongside a lucrative ₹10,000 starting incentive per closed order.
