CNC Bending Operator

• Operate CNC bending machines to bend sheet metal parts as per engineering drawings and production schedules.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
• Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust parameters for different materials and thicknesses.
• Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Maintain quality standards by conducting in-process checks and documenting results.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components to avoid damage.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Record machine usage, production output, and downtime in logs/software.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes.
