Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the retail market within the assigned territory.
• Appoint, manage, and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
• Generate secondary sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Submit daily reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in the following areas will be preferred

• Home Healthcare Products
• Medical Devices
• Retail Sales
• Dealer \& Distributor Management
• Channel Sales

Experience in selling products such as

• BP Monitors
• Glucometers
• Nebulizers
• Pulse Oximeters
• Weighing Scales
• Other Home Healthcare Devices

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
