Marketing Strategy \& Planning

• Support development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans

• Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis

• Identify new business sectors and project opportunities

Lead Generation \& Sales Support

• Generate project inquiries and business leads through marketing campaigns

• Support sales team with marketing materials and presentations

• Track lead status and coordinate with CRM / Sales teams

Digital \& Online Marketing

• Manage website content, social media platforms, and online campaigns

• Execute SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and online promotions

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for lead generation

Branding \& Promotional Activities

• Maintain brand identity and communication standards

• Coordinate with design agencies and vendors for brochures, catalogues, banners,

videos, and creative

• Support product launches, exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and corporate events

Content Development \& Communication

• Develop technical and commercial content such as

o Product brochures

o Case studies

o Project profiles

o Presentations

o Emailers

• Coordinate technical inputs from engineering and project teams

Exhibition \& Event Management

• Plan and execute industrial exhibitions, expos, and customer meets

• Manage stall design, material preparation, logistics, and visitor coordination

• Generate leads and follow-ups post exhibitions

Market Intelligence \& Feedback

• Collect customer feedback, market trends, and competitor data

• Share market insights and improvement suggestions with management

Documentation \& Reporting

• Maintain records of

o Leads generated

o Campaign performance

o Marketing expenses

o Event reports

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing MIS reports
