ERP \& IT Executive – Trainee

Reporting To

IT / ERP Manager

Job Purpose

To provide basic IT and ERP support, troubleshoot system-related issues, assist users with Odoo operations, and support day-to-day IT and asset management activities.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support

• Provide basic support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot common hardware and system-related issues.
• Assist users with basic software installation, updates, and configuration.
• Support day-to-day system operations and resolve basic IT queries.

ERP / Odoo Support

• Provide basic user support for Odoo ERP.
• Assist employees with ERP-related issues and queries.
• Support basic ERP data entry and system operations.

Excel \& Data Support

• Perform basic data entry and data management using MS Excel.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain system-related records.
• Support ERP data preparation and updating.

IT Asset Management

• Maintain records of laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and other IT assets.
• Assist in asset allocation, tracking, and documentation.
• Support periodic verification of IT assets.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of Windows and general system oper

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
