Field Sales Executive

Job Desciption

• Visit customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners to generate sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop the customer base.
• Promote company products and explain their benefits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market visits and gather information about competitors and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular field visit reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to improve business performance.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Target-oriented approach and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel for field sales, where required.
• Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer handling.
• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and convincing skills.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
