Key Responsibilities

Site Management \& Coordination

• Oversee daily site operations related to Crane / Lift installation, operation, modification, and dismantling.

• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, clients/customers, and the Project Engineer to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.

• Ensure work execution aligns with approved method statements, drawings, schedules, and site requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact at site for operational coordination and issue resolution.

• Permit Management.

• Ensure all required work permits (PTW) are issued in a timely manner prior to commencement of activities.

• Coordinate closely with the client/customer and Project Engineer for permit approvals.

• Ensure permits are complied with, monitored, and closed in a timely manner after completion of work.

• Maintain permit-related records and ensure full compliance with client and site requirements.

• Health, Safety \& Compliance.

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE rules, regulations, and client safety standards applicable to Oil \& Gas / Industrial / Construction Sites.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify hazards related to Crane / Lift operations.

• Ensure correct use of PPE and safe work practices by all site personnel.

• Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, audits, and incident investigations as required.

Team Supervision \& Workforce Management

• Supervise, guide, and motivate site teams and subcontractors involved in Crane / Lift activities.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
