Rotational 8 Hrs shift

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)

Roles \& Responsibilities: -

• Perform and supervise heat treatment processes such as Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening, Tempering, Carburizing, Nitriding, Induction Hardening, etc.

• Ensure adherence to heat treatment cycle parameters (temperature, soaking time, cooling rate).

• Monitor and maintain furnaces, quenching systems, and temperature control instruments.

• Interpret metallurgical specifications, drawings, and standards.

• Conduct and analyse hardness testing, microstructure evaluation, and mechanical test results.

• Maintain heat treatment records, charts, and documentation as per QMS requirements.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AMS / NADCAP (as applicable).

• Participate in internal, external, and customer audits.

• Handle non-conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPA related to heat treatment.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

• Support process improvement, cost reduction, and rejection control initiatives.

• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in heat treatment operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy Engineering, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering

Basic knowledge of heat treatment processes and metallurgy preferred
