Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job vacancies.
Explain job profiles, salary packages, interview schedules, and company details.
Collect resumes and candidate information.
Follow up with candidates for interviews and job placements.
Coordinate with the recruitment team and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and daily calling reports.
Respond to candidate queries professionally.
Achieve daily calling and interview-scheduling targets.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and maintain records.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in telecalling, recruitment, or consultancy will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹5,000–₹7,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
