Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, explain our Ayurvedic products, and achieve sales targets through phone calls and follow-ups.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Customer Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through calls and other available channels.
• Product Knowledge: Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage information to customers.
• Follow-ups \& Conversion: Follow up with interested customers, handle queries, and convert leads into sales.
• Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining good customer relationships.
• Customer Database: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the company system.
• Customer Support: Coordinate with the relevant team regarding orders, payments, and customer concerns.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn about Ayurvedic products.
