Sales Executive (FMCG)

Mr Kirana is looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will help expand our customer base, develop relationships with retailers and wholesalers, and drive sales growth.

Candidates with FMCG sales experience are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops, kirana stores, and potential customers.
• Promote FMCG products and generate new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Take customer orders and follow up on pending orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product demand.
• Ensure regular follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, if field travel is required.
