Job Summary

Goldstone Hospitality is looking for physically fit, alert, disciplined, and professional Bouncers to maintain a safe and secure environment at SOMARA, a premium restaurant and restro-bar. The candidate will be responsible for entrance security, crowd management, handling disruptive behaviour, and ensuring the safety of guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage entrance security and regulate guest entry as per company policies.
• Check reservations, guest lists, and identification where required.
• Prevent unauthorized entry and manage access to restricted areas.
• Maintain order and manage crowds during peak hours, parties, and special events.
• Identify and handle intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive guests calmly and professionally.
• De-escalate disputes and prevent altercations using verbal communication wherever possible.
• Protect guests, employees, company property, and other assets.
• Coordinate with the Senior Security Supervisor and restaurant management.
• Monitor suspicious activities and report security concerns immediately.
• Assist with queue management, VIP entry, and parking coordination when required.
• Follow emergency procedures and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, grooming, and uniform standards.
• Use physical intervention only when necessary, proportionate, and lawful.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience as a Bouncer or Security Personnel.
• Experience in a hotel, premium restaurant, nightclub, bar, or event venue preferred.
• Physically fit, confident, vigilant, and disciplined.
• Strong communication and conflict-de-escalation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Knowledge of crowd management and emergency response.
• Police verification and background checks are mandatory.
• First-aid, fire-safety, or recognised security training will be an advantage.
