Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Minimum 15 years experience in sector, Minimum 15 years similar assignment, Chartered Civil Engineer, Expert in port facility planning, 15 years firsthand experience in port infrastructure planning and execution in a major container port.

Port Related Logistics Expert
Study
Master's or PG Diploma in Supply Chain management/ Port & Logistics management/ Port & Shipping Management/ Shipping Logistics, Minimum 15 years experience in sector, Minimum 5 years similar assignment (after 2015), 15 years experience in managing and operating port-related logistics facilities, 5 years international logistics exposure in major foreign ports with leading container Port Performance Index ranking in a country with LPI ranking less than 35 is an added advantage.
