- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Retired from Central Government/ Central Autonomous Bodies/ PSU with excellent service records. At least 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts/Audit matters, out of which 5 years on a post with a Pay Level - 8 (7th CPC) or equivalent.

- up to 65
