Position Details

Location: Ashok Residency Hotel
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver excellent food quality and dining experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

Plan menus, develop recipes, and introduce new dishes.

Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.

Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff.

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Manage food inventory, stock control, and ingredient procurement.

Monitor food costs, minimise wastage, and maintain kitchen budgets.

Coordinate with restaurant management and service teams.

Ensure timely food preparation and service.

Maintain standard operating procedures and kitchen discipline.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Chef.

Strong culinary skills and kitchen management experience.

Knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
