chat support executive responds to customer questions, fixes problems, and shares product details through live text chat or messaging apps.

Core Responsibilities

Answer Chats: Reply to customer messages fast and clearly.
Fix Issues: Help customers troubleshoot problems with orders, accounts, or products.
Multitask: Handle two to four chat conversations at the same time.
Log Details: Update customer records and interaction notes in the company's CRM system.
Escalate Cases: Pass tough or technical problems up to senior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma (12th pass) or a college degree.
Writing Skills: Great grammar, spelling, and a friendly tone in text.
Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing ability.

Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Patience & Empathy: Ability to stay calm and polite with upset customers.
Pay: ₹10,093.32 - ₹33,229.92 per month
Work Location: In person
