HR Recruitment Intern

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment platforms and job portals.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal hiring teams.

Communicate with candidates through calls, messages, and emails regarding interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback.

Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.

Support end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Assist with day-to-day HR activities, documentation, and other HR-related tasks as required.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers and records.
• Attention to detail while screening resumes and maintaining candidate information.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of recruitment Process.
• Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms is an added advantage.
