Job Title: Chat Customer Service Representative (Work From Office)

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, and results-driven Chat Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand—communicating entirely through non-verbal platforms like live chat, email, and social media messaging. If you have a passion for helping people, stellar typing skills, and want to build a career in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer communications through chat, text, email, and social media channels.

Resolve customer issues quickly, compassionately, and efficiently using written communication only.

Provide product consultations and ensure a high-quality, memorable customer support experience.

Maintain accuracy in grammar, spelling, and tone across all text-based interactions.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; 1+ years of customer service or BPO experience is a plus.
Communication: Exceptional written English skills with strong grammar and spelling accuracy.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement.
Technical Skills: Computer savvy with quick typing speeds and comfortable navigating multiple windows/systems.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a flexible 24/7 operational environment.
