Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer communications through chat, text, email, and social media channels.

Resolve customer issues quickly, compassionately, and efficiently using written communication only.

Provide product consultations and ensure a high-quality, memorable customer support experience.

Maintain accuracy in grammar, spelling, and tone across all text-based interactions.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply; 1+ years of customer service or BPO experience is a plus.

Communication

Exceptional written English skills with strong grammar and spelling accuracy.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement.

Technical Skills

Computer savvy with quick typing speeds and comfortable navigating multiple windows/systems.

Shift Flexibility

Willingness to work in a flexible 24/7 operational environment.
