Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated International Process Associates to handle outbound/inbound feedback survey campaigns for international clients. In this role, you will connect with global customers, gather valuable feedback regarding their experiences, and record accurate data.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply! Comprehensive training will be provided upon joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Surveys
- Interact with international customers over voice channels to conduct structured feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Data Recording
- Accurately log customer responses, ratings, and feedback comments into the CRM/database in real-time.
- Customer Engagement
- Maintain a polite, professional, and engaging demeanor while representing international brand standards.
- Quality & Compliance
- Adhere strictly to process guidelines, quality parameters, and compliance standards.
- Target Achievement
- Meet daily productivity, call handling, and survey completion targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum Qualification
- 12th Pass or equivalent (Graduates/Undergraduates are also welcome).
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in international voice processes, customer service, or telecalling is an added advantage.
- Communication Skills
- Good command of spoken English with a neutral accent to effectively communicate with international clientele.
- Basic Skills
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and data entry.
- Shift Flexibility
- Willingness to work in shifts associated with international business hours.
