About the Job
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will learn how to find new customers, talk to clients, and help promote our brand. It is a great chance to learn real sales skills and start your career.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Identify, source, and validate potential B2B/B2C leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
Sales Outreach: Conduct sales pitches, telephonic follow-ups, and in-person or virtual presentations to potential clients to drive conversions.
- Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing offline and digital marketing campaigns to elevate brand positioning.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, track competitor strategies, and compile feedback from clients to optimize our sales approach.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of sales pipelines, client interactions, and deal statuses in our internal database.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MBA in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, or a related business field.
- Communication
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Sales Acumen
- Strong negotiation abilities, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset that thrives on hitting targets.
- Tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic CRM or social media tools.
