BPO team Leader

Position- Process Team Leader

Industry- BPO/Telecom

Salary- 20k to 25k per month

Experience- 2 to 4 years in BPO

Employment Type- Full-time

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage and supervise the process of team on a day-to-day basis.

• ensure achievement of team targets, productivity, and conversion metrics.

• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues.

• Track attendance, shrinkage and productivity.

• Coordinate with QA, training, MIS and Operations team.

• Motivate team and maintain discipline and positive work environment.

Required skills-

• Strong knowledge of telecom process.

• Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Good knowledge of MS excel and basic MIS reporting

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage escalations and motivate team.

Eligibility-

• 2-4 years of BPO experience, with atleast 6 months in a Team Leader role preferred.
