URGENT HIRING – RESERVATION EXECUTIVE

Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)
Industry: 5-Star Hotel / Luxury Hospitality
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility

Age: 25–30 years

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservation Executive

5-Star Hotel experience is mandatory

Excellent communication and guest-handling skills

Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and booking systems

Professional grooming and presentation

Key Responsibilities

Handle hotel room reservations and booking requests

Manage individual and group reservations

Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments

Handle guest queries regarding room availability, rates, and bookings

Maintain accurate reservation records

Process cancellations, amendments, and confirmations

Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience

Follow hotel standards and reservation procedures

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, excellent communication skills, professional grooming, and the ability to join immediately.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
