Job Overview

Work Details
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Calling Type: Outbound calls

- Handle outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate call and customer records
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
- Follow company processes and service standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: +2 / Any Degree
- Language: Malayalam (mandatory)
- Basic communication and listening skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
