Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or in person

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintain customer records and update databases regularly

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs

Meet customer service targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem-solving ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work

Customer-centric attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any field

Prior experience in customer service/sales
