Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Job Description
Bothra Creation is looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, order coordination, and customer relationships
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, enquiries, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups& Mails.
Maintain and update customer and order records.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
Track pending orders and provide timely customer updates.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Maintain CRM data and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Support customer retention and repeat business.
Maintain proper records of customer communication and requirements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good Hindi and English communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Experience in the readymade garment/fashion industry will be an advantage.
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
