Job Description

A Dispatch Executive manages the end-to-end billing process and inventory records, ensuring accurate invoicing, stock accuracy, and compliance with financial records. Key responsibilities include generating invoices (sales/purchase), updating inventory levels (inward/outward), and maintaining daily stock trackers. Proficiency in Tally or similar ERP software is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Billing

Generate accurate customer invoices, credit notes, and delivery orders, ensuring proper GST compliance.

Stock Management: Maintain meticulous inventory records (inward/outward) and conduct regular physical stock verification against software records.

Data Entry

Perform daily entries for purchases, sales, and returns in Tally Prime, APX, or similar ERP software.

Documentation

Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and Purchase Orders (PO).

Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and share them with management to ensure accurate reporting.

Coordination

Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth material movement and accurate billing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in billing or inventory control.

Software Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, or accounting software.

Education

Graduate (preferably B.Com)

High attention to detail, accuracy in numerical data, and good organizational skills

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
