Job Role

We are looking for a Calling \& Data Entry Executive to handle calling, follow-ups, data entry, and daily reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with customers/leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
• Enter and update data in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prepare daily calling and data reports.
• Coordinate with the team for pending follow-ups.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills

• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
