Job Description – Calling \& Data Entry Executive

Job Role
We are looking for a Calling \& Data Entry Executive to handle calling, follow-ups, data entry, and daily reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers/leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Enter and update data in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily calling and data reports.
- Coordinate with the team for pending follow-ups.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
