Hotel Duty Manager
We are looking for a Hotel Duty Manager we oversees daily operations, acts as the primary contact for guests and staff, and represents senior management during an assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations
- Greet VIPs, handle guest feedback, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
- Department Coordination
- Connect front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to keep services smooth.
- Shift Management
- Monitor daily staffing, assign tasks, and maintain an accurate incident logbook.
- Safety and Security
- Ensure property security, stock safety, key control, and compliance with health and safety laws.
- Emergency Response
- Take immediate charge during on-site emergencies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
- Experience
- 2 to 3 years of front office or supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in hotel IDS reservation software.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Flexibility
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pay
- ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
