The Manager on Duty (MOD) manages hospital operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, staff coordination, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily operations and patient flow
Coordinate with clinical, nursing & support teams
Handle patient/staff concerns and escalations
Act as point of contact during emergencies
Ensure SOP, safety & infection control compliance
Maintain reports and escalate issues
- Qualification
- Any Degree
- Experience
- 1–2 years MOD experience preferred.
