Job Description
We are looking for a caring and responsible GNM Nurse to provide nursing care and support for adults at our centre.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care and assistance to adult clients.
Monitor vital signs and general health conditions.
Administer medicines as prescribed.
Assist clients with daily activities when required.
Maintain proper patient records and reports.
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other care team members.
Handle basic first aid and emergency situations appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
Communicate politely with clients and their families.
Requirements
GNM qualification with valid registration.
Experience in adult care, elderly care, rehabilitation, or hospitals is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Caring, patient, and responsible attitude.
Freshers with a good attitude may also be considered.
