Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and address their loan and insurance requirements.
- Field Visits & Deal Closure
- Conduct field meetings arranged by the junior telecalling team to convince clients and close financial deals.
- Client Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and resolving queries promptly.
- Business Growth
- Proactively identify sales opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business targets.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal junior teams and management to support client needs and streamline sales operations.
