Key Responsibilities

Make calls to prospective parents for admission follow-ups.
Handle admission lead calls and encourage parents to visit the school.
Make fee reminder and fee follow-up calls to parents.
Provide accurate information regarding admissions, fees, and school services.
Maintain records of calls and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the concerned department whenever required.
Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in customer service or admissions is preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent spoken English.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
Pleasant telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
